Other curiosities
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections in colour. Characteristic, delicate and complex aroma, with gentle floral nuances reminiscent of wisteria, lemon and iris. Delicately rounded flavour with elegant fruity and citrus notes and a lingering, harmonious finish.
Vinification
White vinification by soft pressing of the grapes, using only the free-run juice and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C.
