Other curiosities
It is crystal clear, with a deep straw yellow colour. On the nose, it expresses aromas of white blossom, dried hay, apple, pear and hints of tropical fruits. It is smooth and extremely balanced.
Vinification
The grapes are crushed and pressed. The juice is left to rest in a cold state before fermentation.
Aging
Aging takes place in steel vats.
Tips
Do not allow the bottle to undergo excessive changes in temperature. It is good practice not to let the product remain for a long time in the fridge.
