Antique pink in colour. A fresh aroma of bergamot, peach and raspberries. Smooth, fresh, salty with a fruity aftertaste of raspberry and strawberry.
Vinification
The grapes undergo a short period of maceration to obtain the ‘antique pink’ hue. After racking, the must is fermented at 18°C to guarantee the aromatic and flavoursome fragrance.
Aging
Aging at a low temperature enhances the fresh and fruity character of this alternative cuvée.
Tips
Do not allow the bottle to undergo excessive changes in temperature. It is good practice not to let the product remain for a long time in the fridge.
